Position Summary:

  • Looking for a high-energy, warm and welcoming attitude that excels in a customer facing environment.
  • Responsible for a wide range of activities to include customer service, internal and external communication for delivery center

Primary Responsibilities:

Access to site

  • Prepare badged site access for customers
  • Coordinate any ad-hoc transportation
  • Monitor customer parking spaces to ensure customers only


  • Maintain and manage use of customer van and customer golf cart

Facilities and services

  • Welcome all customers to site and ensure they are settled
  • Ensure sufficient stocks of beverages and snacks are maintained
  • Maintain customer areas (offices, lounge, reception, etc...), coordinate with facilities if necessary
  • Coordinate any last minute catering needs
  • Request wifi usernames and passwords for each member of the customer delivery team through IT. Update customer wifi spreadsheet on shared drive
  • Monitor IT equipment in customer offices (printer, television display, phones, etc...)
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies for each customer delivery room as well as PPE
  • Assist customers with mail or shipments needed while on site. Coordinate with mail room and logistics for timely pickup/delivery
  • Assist with internal and external communication for delivery center

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements (Skills needed):

  • Previous experience in customer facing environment
  • Good computer skills

Education/Special Qualifications (schooling, certifications):

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Junior or Senior in College or University.

  • Involved communication on a daily basis with internal and external parties

Physical Requirements:

  • Standard office environment
  • Working Conditions/Physical Demands (for ex. Lifting, working in heights):
  • Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions
  • Hearing: able to hear sufficiently to engage in conversation in office settings Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.
  • Speaking: able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.
  • Equipment Operation Able to operate a wide range of personal and office electronic equipment.
  • Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 10lbs/5kg while engaging in training, addressing production issues or as part of continuous improvement projects.
  • Lifting: able to occasionally lift up to 10lbs/5kg.
  • Pushing/Pulling: able to push/pull items in office areas.
  • Sitting: able to sit for extended periods of time at the computer and in meetings.
  • Squatting/Kneeling: able to occasionally squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items shelved on bottom shelves.
