Position Summary: The Organization Change Manager leads the maintenance and growth of a single culture for the Mobile Manufacturing Site as it experiences rapid, dynamic, and complex planned to 2025. Working with the senior leadership team and a multi-functional team embedded throughout the site, this position will define, develop and deliver initiatives which are aligned with Commercial Aircraft strategic pillars, enables a safe, positive and productive workplace culture, and attracts and retains talent who are ambassadors of the Airbus brand and values.

The position will:

● Drive the creation of the case for change through consultation with sponsors, leaders and employees

● Activate and coach sponsors and leaders in taking action and accountability leading the change

● Foster understanding of meaning and impact on team level in line with the Airbus Priorities and values

● Gather feedback as initiatives are implemented and support implementation teams to respond and adapt

● Foster empowerment and accountability enabling teams to create / outline their own transition path.

● Create and develop a network of change ambassadors for the site

● Establish measures and governance to monitor progress and effectively communication outcomes to stakeholders


Primary Responsibilities:

Support the key strategic projects of Airbus Commercial in their change management:

● Provide expertise in diagnosis, and design of interventions for company culture development, to support leaders, multi-functional team members and sponsors integrate their lived experience of the culture, desired culture and actions which will influence change.

● Drive the creation of the case for change and develop key messages for supporting leaders in storytelling and communication around it

● Fully define benefits, impacts, and measures for change initiatives

● Map, assess and support the key stakeholders impacted by the culture project

● Run the impacts analysis on all aspects: level of awareness, operating model, behavior and culture, readiness for change, organization and competences

● Select and adapt change methods and tools according to the target audience (type and size).

● Design the change management roadmap in coherence with operations requirements and deploy accordingly.

● Create or use existing networks to get feedback and implement go live support, capture resistance to change and apply mitigating initiatives

● Communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders and generate buy-in and or engagement.

● Up-skill, support and guide change ambassador network

● Align with the Airbus Commercial multi-functional teams on content, deployment strategy and roadmap

● Integrate initiatives with existing change solutions and in alignment with Airbus Values

● Define and create impactful communication and promotion means

● Facilitate opportunities for stakeholders and impacted groups to engage in meaningful dialogue regarding initiatives and impacts,

● Engage all Airbus Commercial Functions in the deployment of initiatives

● Work collaboratively with Regional Transformation team in delivering regional strategies/initiatives to the site

Support one specific Function in their change and transformation strategy:

● Use the Business strategy; Business priorities ; Business transformation plans as inputs for development of change strategies

● Provide expertise to senior leadership teams in operations and Human Resources to support transformation objectives, strategy and means

● Provide occasional support in delivering change solutions in the Function/Country teams


Additional Responsibilities:

● Develop communication plans using available channels and support implementation as needed

● Confidently communicate actions and outcomes to Executive leaders from the global Airbus and generate buy in and support as needed.

● Apply methods to ensure customer focus and collaboration across

● Apply personal standards to reflect company standards and values, and be a champion of the company culture

● Other duties as assigned.


Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree, but an equivalent combination of high school education and manufacturing experience will also be considered.


Experience:

● 10 years of progressively challenging HR and/or business management experience required

● 5+ years experience in leading organization development initiatives to deliver strategically aligned cultures

● 3+ years change management experience preferred

● Customer centric job experience required

● Multicultural experience helpful


Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

● Change management tools/techniques required

● Project management experience required

● Coaching and/or facilitation skills required

● Models of organization culture diagnosis, development and measurement preferred

● Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience preferred

● Customer centric job experience preferred

● Multicultural experience helpful

● Aptitude for networking and for anticipating resistance.


Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):

● Demonstrated knowledge of employee communication channels and methods

● Ability to influence outcomes, including behavioral change for individuals and teams

● High level skills in developing and delivering presentations and workshops for a range of audiences, from executives to frontline staff

● Ability to provide structured feedback to leaders on routine management and performance dialogue.


Technical Systems Proficiency:

● Advanced level capability with Google Suite and MS Office productivity tools

● Experience with Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar software preferred


Physical Requirements:

● Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions

● Hearing: able to hear sufficiently to engage in conversation in office settings Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.

● Speaking: able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.

● Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of personal and office electronic equipment.

● Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 30lbs/14kg which engaging in training, addressing production issues or as part of continuous improvement projects.

● Lifting: able to occasionally lift up to 30lbs/14kg.

● Pushing/Pulling: able to push/pull items in office areas.

● Sitting: able to sit for extended periods of time at computer and in meetings.

● Squatting/Kneeling: able to occasionally squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items shelved on bottom shelves.

● Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time.

● Travel: able to travel overseas and domestically sometimes for extended periods of time. Working outside hangers in changing locations.

● Walking: able to walk through office and production areas, around flight line and airstrips and sometimes on uneven indoor and/or outdoor surfaces.
