Position Summary: As Process Performance Engineer, you will provide technical assistance (methods, products, etc.) to the Production teams, with the aim of optimizing the industrial process, whilst observing safety, cost, quality and lead-time criteria.

You will be a driving force for the implementation of appropriate solutions (methods, processes and organization) to meet company requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Series Production Process Time Optimizer: 35%
  • Producing PERT/GANTT diagrams
    • Program Evaluation Review Techniques diagrams are developed to identify task dependencies.
  • Producing line balancing for each MSN.
  • Defining the critical cycle => Industrial or => Technical
  • Analyzing industrial capacities
  • Calculating the workforce and resources

  1. Development Process Time Optimizer: 35%
  • Defining the critical cycle => Industrial or => Technical
  • Calculating the workforce and resources
  • Contributing to the definition of the industrial architecture
  • Studying and optimizing flows
  • The time management focal point for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) meaning you are the person that completes the calculation for how long a process should take in an ideal state.

  1. Continuous improvement activities: 20%
  • Defining stations to be analyzed => master plan
    • Deviations and Initial Allocated Time/time spent objectives, Performance
    • Process modification
    • Station optimization
  • Direct interaction with Operations team
  • Detecting and analyzing malfunctions
  • Updating time baselines
  • Updating workloads
  • Processing improvement proposals
    • Align (AOS) Airbus Operating System focus areas to the established plan.

Additional Responsibilities:

Other duties as assigned: 10%

  • Lead special projects assigned by manager.

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:


  • Required: Candidate must have a 2-year qualification in engineering/mechanical engineering/electrical engineering/production management/manufacturing engineering.


  • Required: 2+ Years Manufacturing Experience

Organizational information:

This Position falls underneath Technical Support which consists of Manufacturing Engineering, MAP Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Planning & Jigs and Tools.

  • This position is directly linked with our base (STV) Standard Time Values that help justify how long each one of our job packages will take to complete. This activity help support the required number of operators required for each station.
  • Efficiency % KPI's - Direct support understanding if we are completing the required work in the allotted time.
