Position Summary:  The mission of the Organization Development and Change practitioner is to assist with the design, development and implementation of organization development activities that drive cultural change and support our teams through change processes.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze current culture, practices and changes 10%
  • Assist with developing and delivering internal culture and engagement survey
  • Analyze data and make recommendations for action based on analysis
  1. Design and develop activities and programs to progress development 30%
  • Develop short training programs to build capability in leadership and change
  • Design customized workshops for team building
  1. Assist with change management 20%
  • Prepare change management plans
  • Coach sponsors through implementation as needed  
  1. Facilitate development programs and workshops:30%
  • Deliver workshops and training programs to all levels of leadership and team members, including preparation of resources, management of attendance and close out of any follow up actions
  1. Assist with measurement and reporting of progress 5%
  • Provide information and status reports as needed to help build visibility and identify impact of activities

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Social Sciences


  • Essential:
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering leadership and change programs
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team or teams
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing
  • Preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing environment


  • Preferred:
  • Prosci Change Management certified practitioner
  • Certification to administer psychometric assessments such as MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, 360 Feedback
  • Coaching certification aligned with International Coaches Federation

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

  • Required:
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills including verbal communication, listening and managing group dynamics
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
  • Demonstrated awareness and management of safety in a facilitated setting 

Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with others

Decision Making, Complexity:

This position will be required to make decisions that relate to organization of working time, and content and layout of communications and documents once key messages are agreed.

It will provide input into decisions relating to developing and scheduling project activities
