Position Summary:  The Project Management Intern will be responsible for managing site KPIs which feed our weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on site and to our corporate sponsors. The selected candidate will also work on various projects that require Microsoft Skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Site Management Support: 40%
  • Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Reporting Management
    • Manage SLT Daily Meeting and Action Tracker
    • Work with SLT members to assemble weekly reports (Cadence Meetings & Site Communication)
    • Coordinate and distribute weekly site communications
  • Site Meeting Support
    • Coordinate and support presentation development for SLT Monthly Business Review, Monthly Manager Meeting, and Quarterly Town Halls (including taking minutes and actions during events)
  1. Projects: 40%
  • Support iShare Transition project work with IM and data owners to convert site document library from Shared Drive to iShare
  • Support FAL US Visitor Log project work with IM & GR teams to establish & maintain visitor log
  • Support other site projects as necessary
  1. Site KPI Management: 20%
  • Maintain Shared Site Metrics Library including coordination with Planning, Flightline, Flowline, Finance, HR, Safety, and Quality organizations
  • Maintain Aircraft Delivery Status Board including update of metrics documents (weekly OSW; monthly metrics; a/c delivery pics) and A320 flowline physical board

 Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

  • Required:
    • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational follow through
    • Demonstrated, excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Position will interface with all levels of the Mobile FAL organization this requires a clear understanding of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Preferred:
    • Infographics experience

  • Supports: Site General Manager and Executive Office Assistant

 Physical Requirements:

Includes: Lifting, Carrying, Pushing/Pulling, Sitting, Standing, Squatting/Kneeling, Walking, Speaking, Hearing, Vision, Manual Dexterity, Travel. Include estimated time or percentage for each factor and maximum weight for lifting.

 Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens.  Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions

 Hearing: able to hear sufficiently to engage in conversation in office settings.   Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.

 Speaking: able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.

 Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of personal and office electronic equipment.   

 Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 30lbs (assist in office and meeting set-up)
