Position Summary:  The mission of the Organization Development Project Intern  is to support the development and delivery of projects that drive the achievement of the company's desired  culture such as defining measurements, team and individual development activities,  deployment of company values, and integration with management operating systems

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and support project activities
  • Coordinate activities such as leadership, team building and change workshops, and manage scheduling of participants, rooms, and equipment as needed
  • Contribute to team project meetings
  1. Prepare documents to support project activities :
  • Develop a range of documents to support project activities, such as PowerPoint slides, training resources, schedules and attendance rosters
  • Develop and deploy communication documents such as emails, intranet and web page updates, posters, pamphlets, help sheets, etc.
  1. Develop and manage reporting on activities
  • Manage attendance records for activities conducted and report out to leadership team in accordance with reporting tempo
  • Provide status updates for upcoming work within the scope of the role

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:

  (Essential minimum qualifications. Education:

  • Undertaking a college major in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Social sciences

Experience:

  • Preferred: any previous experience that has required working as part of a team, to a schedule and with autonomy

Licensure/Certifications:

  • None required

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

  • Required: Intermediate level skills in Microsoft word, powerpoint, excel
  • Preferred: Experience in web page design and / or graphic design skills

Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritization

This position will be required to make decisions that relate to organization of working time, and content and layout of communications and documents once key messages are agreed.

It will provide input into decisions relating to developing and scheduling project activities
