Position Summary:  The Quality Intern will be responsible for managing several KPIs which feed our daily deliverables. The selected candidate will also work on various projects that require Microsoft Skills, drive and eagerness to learn aviation.

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft, driven and eager to learn.
  • Strong presentation skills



  • High school Diploma
  • Pursuing Aerospace Engineering Degree or a suitable equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

  • Advanced Microsoft Programs

Decision Making, Complexity:

  • The selected candidate will be tasked with the above listed assignments and there will be various degrees of independent decision making.

Job Dimensions, Contributions to Success:

The Selected Candidate will help to reduce cost by managing Cost of Non Quality KPIs, implementing AOS standards throughout the flowline and delivering on projects that meet our internal and Customer needs.


Nature of Contacts:

You will be working daily with all of the Quality Lineside Department and periodically with other departments in Quality, Operations and supporting airbus Functions.

Physical Requirements:

Includes: Lifting, Carrying, Pushing/Pulling, Sitting, Standing, Squatting/Kneeling, Walking, Speaking, Hearing, Vision, Manual Dexterity, Travel. Include estimated time or percentage for each factor and maximum weight for lifting.

Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens.  Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions

Hearing: able to hear sufficiently to engage in conversation in office settings.   Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.

Speaking: able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.

Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of personal and office electronic equipment.  Working on jigs at fuselage at a height of 15 feet.  Able to work on hydraulic lifts sometimes at a height of up to 40 feet.

Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 55lbs/25kg which engaging in training, addressing production issues or as part of continuous improvement projects.
