Position Summary:  Main function of IM Project Manager Officer will be to organize local IM Project organization with support of IM Project Leader.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. AALI Organize local Airbus IM FAL internal Governance:
  • Define with Local Airbus IM Business Partner local governance: Project Review, Action Tracking, Project Milestones preparation, Project Milestones execution,
  • Provide reports and KPI associated,
  • Use of Airbus standard Project Management tools,
  • Use of Airbus Project Methodology,

 

  1. AALI Innovation Manage Innovation project:
  • Support Airbus IM Innovation by Leading directly initiatives (collect business requirements, organize project execution, implement innovative solutions using Airbus suppliers support, organize business tests, deploy Innovative solution),
  • Scope of Innovative solution to be define according to Digital Roadmap,
  • Work with agile team members on projects,
  • Collaborate with business line and risk partners to complete validation processes,
  • Work with cross functional teams to solve a business problem from ideation to launch,
  • Create process flow diagrams for different products and procedures,
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with field and operations leaders,

 

Additional Responsibilities:  

Other duties as assigned: 

  • Define and organize Airbus IM FAL Mobile standard KPI (Request, summarize, and analyze data),
  • Define local governance improvement plan,
  • Prepare materials for internal presentations, memos and projects,
  • Adhoc reporting & analytics,
  • Perform other related duties as requested,

 

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science degree of Computer Science,
  • Bachelor of Information System and Technology,
  • Master's degree of Computer Science,

 

Experience/Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting,
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills,
  • Flexibility to work within a multiple disciplinary team and receive dynamic on-the-job training,
  • Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously,

 

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

  • Project Management: LBIP, GPP, Agile, Waterfall
  • IT skills: Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Visual Basic

Communication Skills:

  • Fluent English with good presentation and communications skills
  • Creativity and curiosity around innovative methods
  • Strong attitude to work in cross-functional teams
  • Clear and global thinker
  • Motivated and energized person

 

Technical Systems Proficiency:

  • SAP Knowledge is a plus
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Visual Basic

 

Travel Required:

  • 10% Domestic

Eligibility:

  • Authorized to Work in the US

 

Physical Requirements:

Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens.  Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions

Hearing: able to hear sufficiently to engage in conversation in office settings.   Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.

Speaking: able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.

 

Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of personal and office electronic equipment.
